Create the launch

If you have your launch strategy planned and your list list of invitees then you’re ready to go!

1. Create a new launch

From the Retailer Portal, create a new launch.
Under the Launch access section select ☑️ Invite-only.
Fill out your usual launch details (product content, time and date, fulfilment, etc.)

Enable Invite-only launch under Launch access section.

2. Choose whether to display the launch on your listing page

To ensure exclusivity, Invite-only launches are hidden from your Listing page by default

3. Add variants and inventory information

Add all variants and inventory for your launch.
Pay close attention to Variant names and make sure they’re all correct as they cannot be edited once the launch opens.

Ensure inventory is set aside for invitees Invited customers are expecting to have their purchase confirmed, and under-allocating inventory may result in unhappy customers.

Add in variants and inventory information. Make sure Variant names are correct.

4. Upload your invite list

Prepare a .csv file of all your invitees. Your file should contain 2 columns:
- Email address (required)
- Variant name (optional)
Upload the .csv file under Invite list section in the form.
Confirm the number of invites (and their assigned variants if applicable). For more info, see “What happens when I assign invitees specific variants”.

Upload Invite list in the launch form. Make sure to double check for common errors like duplicated emails, wrong email format, missing data etc. before you proceed.

5. Review and publish your launch

Carefully review all launch details, especially variants as you won’t be able to edit them once the launch is published.
