Once you’ve created and published your launch, everything else will happen automatically:

• Invite emails will be sent to all invited customers a few minutes before launch opens.
• Each customer will receive a unique code to enter and purchase the product once.

Updating the invite list

You can update an invite list anytime before your launch closes to add or remove invitees:

• Go to Edit launch.
• Download the existing file under Invite list section to ensure you have the latest data.
• Add or remove invitees in the .csv file and save the changes.
• Select on Update invite list and upload the updated file.

Update your list to add invitees anytime before launch closes. Make sure to double check the updated number before confirming.

Here’s what your consumers can expect if they are added or removed while your launch is open:

• Consumers added to the list after launch opens will receive an invite email from EQL approximately five minutes after you update the launch. They can then access the launch page and use the unique code to claim their offer.

• Consumers removed from the list after launch opens:

  • If the consumer has already placed their order, when the launch is processed their order will be cancelled, no payment will be taken, and they’ll receive an email stating that their order could not be completed.
  • If the consumer has NOT placed their order, their code will be invalidated and they will receive an error message if they try to place an order.

  Avoid removing invitees after the launch opens

  Once the launch is open and invites emails have been sent we cannot retract their invitation. Removing invitees at this stage is possible, but may cause confusion and unhappy customers and we recommend avoiding this whenever possible.
