The EQL Launches app is a toolkit to help Shopify merchants launch products and create memorable launch moments for customers. This basic guide contains some helpful information to get started.

The EQL Launches app supports stores using the Online Store sales channel. It does not currently support stores with custom-built storefronts or built with Hydrogen. If your store is custom-built and you are interested in using EQL Launches, get in touch.

Launch: Invite to Purchase

What is an Invite to Purchase launch?

Invite to Purchase offers a personalised and exclusive shopping experience for your special customers. Some example use cases for this launch type include:

• Early access or secret drops for Loyalty program or Club members
• Private sale experience for your VIPs
• First dibs for influencers or friends and family

How it works:

• Customers receive an invite email, with a unique code to claim their offer.
• Each code allows a customer to make only one transaction. This eliminates the risk of your products getting leaked or scalped by bots and bad actors.
